The TCEQ Occupational Licensing section is dedicated to the protection of the environment and human health through the responsible licensing of individuals whose occupations may have an environmental impact. The section’s duties include issuing new licenses, renewing licenses, training approval and exam development.
A Criminal History Notification form is now required to be submitted as part of an application to obtain or to renew a license. If you are attempting to obtain a new license or are in the process of renewing your license you can fill out the required form online using the link below.

Subscribers will be informed of news relating to the program including testing information, changes to rules, upcoming meetings, publications, and where applicable, license renewal reminders.
